RATES AVAILABILITY ABOUT DULUTH MINNESOTA GETTING HERE  CONTACT US RESERVATIONS

We accept reservations on a first come first serve basis.
The first party to get their damage deposit and signed contract to us receives the booking dates.
Damage Deposit is $100. and will be refunded after premises are vacated, inspected and no damages are found.
Please note: We have offered you our lowest rates and we DO NOT discount.
Payment must be in full with a one time housekeeping fee

* 2 night minimum stay
* Rates for 4 people

$195 a night
Winter: September -May

$235. a night / $1645. a week
Summer: June - August

Special Event Weeks - 3 night minimum stay
(You DO NOT have to stay 3 nights but you will be charged for 3 nights).
SUMMER:
Grandmas Marathon Jun 19 (3 night min stay) $300.00 a night,
July 4th weekend (3 night min stay) $300.00 a night
Bayfront Reggae July 10 (3 day min stay) $300.00 a night,
Bayfront Blues Festival Aug. 13 and 14 (3 night min stay) $300.00 a night,
Art In Bayfront Park, August 20 and 21 (3 night min stay) $300.00 a night,
WINTER:
Labor day Weekend Sept. 6 (3 night min stay) $300.00 a night,
Christmas Dec. 24 - Dec. 31 (3 night min stay during Christmas week) regular rates = $195.00 a night,
New Years Eve Dec. 31 (3 night min stay) $300.00 a night

Extras: $35. one time housecleaning fee upon departure
(which will be refunded if you leave the place spotless.)
Spotless includes:
dusting, vacuuming, clean dishes, sheets and towels washed and placed folded on bed.
If it is not spotless, we will need to hire a maid at the minimum price of $35.
Taxes will be added to your total 13.38%

  • Daily Maid service is available at $35. per day if requested 30 days in advance.
