Antiquing: Duluth's canal Park is know for it's Artwork and Antique Malls. Start by going out the condo Lake Ave door and take a left, the first antique malls are located at the end of the block. The first Art store is located at the end of the block or across the street in the DeWitt-Seitz Marketplace 394 Lake Ave S.

Boating and Sailing:

If you have your own boat, check out the marina' next to our condo.

Bowling: Incline Station is just a small car ride away (it's walkable but perhaps more than most people want to venture). Walk to Bayfront and cross the bridge over the freeway. You will see the Depot, then the Library. The Incline station is on the next block from the library. 601 W Superior st 218-722-BOWL.

Casino A few blocks away is the Fond-du-lac casino. Walk out the Lake Avenue door and towards the city. Take a right past Dairy Queen, then a left over the freeway. When you get to Superior Street take a right and walk two blocks, the casino is on the left.

Scenic Drives: Duluth is built on a hillside with a Scenic Drive going all the way along the city. To catch this view, take 35 W south from our condo and take the Proctor exit to the right. From proctor, take the next right. This is scenic drive. It runs all the way up the North Shore Drive and out of town.

Swimming: We have a pool at our condo free to use for our guests. Also, offered right outside our condo is the Lake Superior Boardwalk. Follow this around to Lake Superior and you can swim in the big lake. Or walk down Park point, at the first corner is a beautiful beach on Park Point.
Swinging and sliding: Playfront park is a small walk away from our condo. Let the kids run and swing and run through the obstical course. Go out our parking lot door, take a left and walk past the DECC until you see the wood swing set up that was built by volunteers.
Tours:

By boat: you can tour Duluth on the Vista Fleet , simply walk outside our condo and follow the marina down to the Vista Star.

By air: helicopter tours from the end of Park Point.

By bus: see trolley

By trolley: A trolley runs by our condo and can take you to many of Downtown Duluth's fun stops.

Weddings:

Duluth is a beautiful place to get married. Whether you would like an outdoor wedding on the beach or in our beautiful rose garden, or a church or courthouse wedding Duluth has much to offer you.
