It's easy to get to our Duluth, Minnesota Condominium Vacation Rental!
Simply take Hwy 35 W north and exit the Lake Street Avenue Exit to the Right. Take a left at the William Irvin Boat, (you will also see the DECC on your right). Take the next right into the parking lot with Red Lobster. Park in this parking lot next to the Marina.
We are located in a hotel although we are not affiliated with the hotel however, we have use of the hotel's amenities such as the swimming pool and work-out facilities. Our room is obviously way different than the hotel rooms which are located to the left of our condo. The condo is larger than the hotel rooms, has a full kitchens, whirlpool, fireplace, etc. all the amenities you rarely find in regular hotel rooms.
